Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED in Boston seeks a Producer to join our Shared Development Services team and support the production of major AAA titles.

You will translate audio priorities into executable plans, coordinate across North America, Warsaw, and external partners, and maintain one global audio roadmap. Reporting to the Lead Producer, this role requires strong organization and communication across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in music, sound design, or audio production for games/film/entertainment.
• Experience planning, managing, and tracking projects within structured pipelines (scope, scheduling, resources, priorities, risks).
• Experience coordinating across multi-project environments with shared resources and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating external partners, outsourcing, or co‑development teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global, cross‑cultural, time‑zone distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate audio priorities and project needs into clear, executable production plans while balancing quality, schedules, resources, dependencies, and constraints.
• Provide structure, visibility, and proactive risk management across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Define scope, priorities, dependencies, resources, milestones, and roadmaps with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with audio leadership and teams across North America, Warsaw, and other projects to align strategy and standards.
• Act as a primary production contact between SDS, game teams, and external partners ensuring transparency around requests and decisions.
• Coordinate external resource planning, vendor spending tracking, and contract coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain production documentation: roadmaps, schedules, status reports, risks, dependencies, decisions.
• Advocate for cross‑project SDS decision‑making in audio, communicating context and trade‑offs.
