CD PROJEKT RED in Boston is seeking a Lead Gameplay Producer to guide development of Cyberpunk 2. You will lead production teams, optimize processes, and drive an innovative, high-performing production culture.

This role requires 10+ years as a Producer, experience shipping AAA titles, strong cross-functional leadership in Agile, and deep Jira/Confluence expertise. We offer in-office/hybrid work in Boston and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development.
• Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
• Led cross-functional teams in Agile environments with empowerment and self-organization.
• Experience building and growing teams.
• Deep understanding of pipelines and technical limitations in game development, incl. test-driven development, CI, and DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using project management tools to streamline production processes.
