Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Producer to join our Shared Development Services team in Boston, supporting major AAA titles through reliable, scalable technical services. You will focus on production for sound and music, working with teams in Warsaw and Boston to maintain a single global vision and roadmap.

You report to the Lead Producer and coordinate across North America and Europe, managing calendars, dependencies, and risk while ensuring a high-quality player experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in audio production or related fields.
• Experience planning, managing, and tracking projects within structured pipelines.
• Experience coordinating multi-project initiatives with shared resources.
• Proven ability to coordinate external partners and outsourcing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive handling of blockers and changes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; independent yet collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Translate audio priorities into executable production plans balancing quality, schedules, resources, dependencies, and constraints.
• Provide structure, visibility, and risk management across multiple projects and partners.
• Define scope, priorities, resources, milestones, and roadmaps with global teams.
• Collaborate with audio leadership to align strategies, tooling, and workflows.
• Be primary production contact between SDS, game teams, stakeholders, and partners.
• Coordinate external resource planning and vendor-spend with internal teams.
• Maintain production documentation including roadmaps, schedules, and risk records.
• Advocate for cross-project SDS decisions with proper context and trade-offs.
