Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a senior engineering leader to define and scale the ATE development strategy for complex silicon products from NPI through high-volume manufacturing. This role oversees a global organization responsible for production test architecture, test hardware, program development, silicon correlation, and yield optimization.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in semiconductors, incl. 8+ years in management.
• Deep ATE development for high-volume silicon, SoC, ASIC, or GPU-class products.
• Experience leading through NPI, silicon bring-up, and production ramp.
• Strong cross-functional partnering across design, product engineering, reliability, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, and operating model for ATE creation across NPI and production.
• Lead a distributed team of managers and senior engineers in test hardware, program development, characterization, and data-driven optimization.
• Drive production test readiness for complex devices, including coverage, guardbands, and cost reduction.
• Establish standards, release criteria, and quality gates for ATE development and deployment.
• Partner with architecture, circuit build, test integration, reliability, and manufacturing to align design-to-test.
• Lead ATE platform selection, vendor engagement, capacity, and capital planning for ramps.
• Use data analytics to improve silicon correlation, test limits, and long-term quality.
• Build a high-performance leadership culture with hiring, development, and succession planning.
