Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in product/test roles; or MS EE with 5+ years.
• Experience across multiple ATE platforms (TPG automation).
• Hands-on with agentic AI systems — LLM-based agents, tool-use, multi-agent workflows.
• Proficient in C#/C++, Python, Java.
• Proven track record in driving ATE automation for test code generation and reuse.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop state-of-the-art ATE test solutions and automation for new product development engineers.
• Create Test Method Libraries to enable reuse and standardization across products and ATE platforms.
• Develop AI-assisted test automation to reduce manual test engineering workflows.
• Build Test Programs that handle varied test flows across Auto, Commercial, and Industrial segments.
• Ensure automation spans tester-peripheral interfaces, data transfers, and communications.
• Update and modify existing code to improve current solutions.
• Support new product teams for all ATE automation software issues.
