Job summary

Ampere in Santa Clara is searching for a hands-on, high-impact leader to build and scale their ATE Test Engineering organization for power-efficient server products. The role involves defining test strategies and processes to ensure world-class quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test engineering management, particularly in semiconductor testing, and will lead a team while collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve production readiness.

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant experience or 12 with a Master’s in semiconductor test engineering.
• 5+ years managing Test and/or Product engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of Scan/ATPG, Memory BIST, High-speed I/O testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the ATE Test Engineering organization.
• Own end-to-end ATE test strategy and ensure product quality.
• Drive NPI execution and production readiness.
