Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering required.
• 5+ years of leadership in managing engineering teams.
• Proven NPI and HVM scaling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATE test engineering organization from NPI to HVM.
• Define and implement test strategies and processes.
• Ensure production readiness and high-quality outcomes.
