Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a creative ATE Test Engineer to drive test program solutions for next‑generation GPUs and AI servers. You will collaborate with design, DFT, and product teams to debug failures and optimize test coverage while reducing costs.

The role requires a BS/EE or CE and 3+ years in the semiconductor field, with strong Linux and programming skills in C/C++/Java/Perl/Python. Level 2/3 salaries are provided, plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of silicon verification, testing and manufacturing.
• Experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform is essential.
• Programming languages: C/C++/Java and/or Perl/Python.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork across continents.
• Experience with SRAM testing and familiarity with 2.5D or MCM assembly.
• Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, IOBIST.
• Knowledge of system level testing/validation is a plus.
• Utilizing AI in ATE testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test program solutions for GPUs and AI server products.
• ATE test method code development and debugging.
• Scripting and automation tools development and debugging.
• Collaborate with Product Development, DFT, and IC design to debug failures and implement optimal solutions.
