Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Director of System Level Testing to lead end-to-end post-silicon validation, test architecture, and manufacturing ramp for AI, data center, SOC and Tegra Automotive product lines. You will guide a team responsible for bringing technologies from design validation through high-volume production, collaborating across design, test, reliability, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years in semiconductor product development, testing, or manufacturing, with leadership of large cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of Director-level leadership or management experience.
• Strong CMOS, analog/mixed-signal knowledge and high-speed testing experience.
• Experience with yield analysis and silicon debugging.
• Experience using JMP for engineering insights.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional problem solving under tight schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers for validation and production ramp.
• Drive product development strategy from silicon validation through qualification and manufacturing.
• Develop validation methodologies and test strategies for mixed-signal designs.
• Collaborate with Mixed-Signal Design, Test, Reliability, and Manufacturing teams.
• Oversee IC characterization and lead root-cause analysis for silicon issues.
• Establish data analysis frameworks, automation tools, and statistical methods.
• Support qualification, ramp readiness, and high-volume manufacturing scaling.
