ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a Global Assistant Buyer to support purchasing, product assortment planning, vendor management, pricing strategies, and merchandising activities in a retail organization.

The role requires a strong understanding of retail buying processes, inventory management, and financial performance. You will collaborate with purchasing leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize product selection and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail buying, merchandising, or product management.
• Strong understanding of retail buying processes and inventory management.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating with vendors.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and financial performance.
• Familiar with Open-to-Buy planning and pricing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Support product selection and assortment planning by evaluating samples and market trends.
• Coordinate new vendor onboarding, pricing, and documentation.
• Monitor SKU performance, inventory levels, and sales trends for assortment optimization.
• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with negotiations on costs and promotions.
• Assist with seasonal merchandise planning and new product launches.
• Analyze pricing, margins, and profitability to support decisions.
