Job summary

ADUSA Distribution seeks a Director, Asset Protection to lead enterprise-wide security across its Distribution & Transportation network. You will guide 14 site AP Leaders and 450+ third-party security professionals, shaping policy and standards.

You will drive risk management, investigations, crisis response, and stakeholder collaboration while managing budgets and protecting multi-million-dollar assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years asset protection experience in distribution/retail.
• 7-10 years multi-site asset protection leadership.
• Wicklander-Zulawski or Reed interrogation training required/valued.
• LPC or LPQ certification preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise asset protection strategy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Set vision for asset protection across a multi-campus network.
• Lead a dispersed team of asset protection leaders and 3PL personnel.
• Design and execute strategic protection plans aligned with growth.
• Lead investigations, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, law enforcement, and officials.
• Own budgeting, cost control, and loss-prevention initiatives.
