Anthropic is hiring an IT Operations Engineer to design and run a global asset management and hardware lifecycle program across our offices in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, London, Dublin and Sydney. You’ll own procurement, inventory of record, assignment, refresh, collection and secure disposal, plus corporate mobile operations.

Collaborating with IT, Security and Finance, you’ll define data models, processes and vendor relationships, and drive automation to scale in our fast‑growing

Competenze

• Experience building or running asset lifecycle programs across multi‑office fleets.
• Ability to define data models and processes for hardware inventory and lifecycle management.
• Experience with vendor relationships for hardware purchasing and disposal.

Mansioni

• Develop the global asset management strategy and lifecycle model.
• Define and implement asset management tool data model and integrations.
• Develop on-site engineer processes including storage room operations.
• Onboard and manage hardware lifecycle services vendors and day‑to‑day relationships.
• Establish inventory of record across systems and reconcile counts.
• Manage demo, loaner, and travel device inventories and onboarding.
• Support hardware purchasing and refresh calendar with vendors and accounting.
• Develop device collection, e‑waste, and secure disposal workflows.
• Run corporate mobile program operations and carrier relations.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks using scripts and integrations.
