Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, supply chain operations, or technical logistics in large IT or facilities environments.
• Experience managing physical and IT asset lifecycles including tagging, tracking, auditing, and disposition processes.
• Experience with ERP systems like ServiceNow, Oracle, or SAP for inventory tracking and financial reconciliation.
• Experience enforcing inventory control procedures and supporting SOX compliance.
• Experience using data analysis to monitor asset metrics and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and oversee asset management processes in a global environment.
• Execute audits of the asset base, identify deficiencies, and document findings with corrective actions.
• Travel 25%-30% domestically and internationally as required.
• Develop risk-based roadmaps and improve policies, standards, and controls for asset management.
• Maintain data integrity across asset management and ERP systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Create audit plans and present findings to stakeholders with recommendations.
• Support automation and process improvements to scale asset lifecycle tracking.
