Job summary

Inkitt, based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior ASO/Mobile Growth expert to own the app store footprint for Inkitt, Galatea, and CandyJarTV. Drive experiments, optimize creatives, and improve keyword rankings across markets.

You’ll lead localization workflows, collaborate with product, localization, and analytics teams, and expand editorial relationships to boost ratings and organic installs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of ASO or mobile growth experience.
• Proven success improving store conversion and keyword rankings.
• Hands-on expertise with store creatives and metadata.
• Experience with Custom Product Pages and Custom Store Listings.
• Track record with featuring and editorial relationships.
• Global localization workflows and geo-specific testing.
• Data-driven with A/B testing frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio ASO for Inkitt, Galatea, and CandyJarTV across Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Define hypotheses, run experiments, and roll out wins per app and market.
• Optimize creatives to lift store conversion rate from impressions to installs.
• Run keyword optimization end-to-end and monitor rankings.
• Create personalized user journeys via Custom Product Pages and Custom Store Listings.
• Work with product team to design and optimize reviews UX to drive higher ratings.
• Drive organic traffic via editorial relationships and promotional content.
• Operate globally: localization, geo-segmented testing, and regional campaigns.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution with creative, product, localization, data analytics, and support teams.
• Provide stakeholder updates on CVR, rankings, ratings, featuring impact, install lift.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and share insights for positioning.
