The role requires MBA or advanced degree, strong analytics, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Collaboration with creators and brands is essential to scale content globally.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in a content strategy role, preferably in a tech-driven, analytically rigorous environment.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work with creatives.

Responsibilities

• Build production workflows to reduce costs while preserving quality and ROI.
• Help integrate AI into workflows for cost efficiency and innovation.
• Source content and partner with brands, publishers, and authors for impact on growth.
• Translate analytics into actionable content insights to boost quality and appeal.
• Collaborate with marketing to use content for user acquisition and retention across channels.
• Coordinate with writer's room and editorial teams to align output with user insights.
