Job summary

Orange Business is seeking an Architecture and Technical Director to own the customer technical architecture across all services, post‑sales and for pre‑sales growth. You will lead the Architecture & Technology Office, set strategy, and ensure solutions are secure, operable, and financially optimized.

You will collaborate with CxO‑level stakeholders, drive a multi‑year roadmap, and push innovation and automation across global, multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in customer‑facing telecom/IT roles
• Proven track record as lead architect for complex, multi‑country solutions
• Fluent in English with strong leadership and matrix management skills

Responsibilities

• Be the global lead architect and trusted technology advisor for the major customer account
• Own end‑to‑end technical architecture for all delivered services across the contract lifecycle
• Lead the Architecture & Technology Office, guiding architecture resources and governance boards
• Govern and sign off on new technical solutions ensuring security, operability and standards
• Shape the technical roadmap in collaboration with the customer and Orange objectives
• Drive innovation, automation and AI‑based services in lab and production environments
