Job summary

Orange Business seeks an experienced Architecture and Technical Director to own the customer technical architecture across all Orange services for major contracts. You will lead the Architecture & Technology Office, define the technical strategy, and ensure solutions are implementable, operable, secure, and financially optimized.

You will act as the trusted technology advisor to CxO stakeholders, driving an innovative roadmap, governance, and pre-sales support to grow the account while ensuring

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within telecom or IT.
• Proven track record as a lead architect / technical director for complex, multi-country or multi-domain solutions.
• Significant experience leading distributed, multicultural technical teams in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated experience driving global technical strategies aligned with customer business needs.
• Experience with large transformation programs (transition & transformation, modernization, cloud migration, SD-WAN, security).

Responsibilities

• Act as the global lead architect for the account.
• Own end-to-end technical architecture across the full contract lifecycle.
• Lead Architecture & Technology Office and coordinate architects, designers, and SMEs.
• Govern and sign off on new technical solutions and major changes.
• Shape and maintain the technical roadmap with the customer.
• Support pre-sales governance and organic growth within the contract.
• Ensure architecture coherence across data, security, cloud, data center, applications.
• Drive innovation, automation, and AI-based services.
• Ensure knowledge management and documentation is maintained.
