Job summary

Vistage Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support international entities and manage multi-site billing and collections. You will process member invoices, payments, and refunds, and ensure accuracy across Great Plains and CRM systems.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multi-step processes across regions and currencies, including VAT and EDI processing. Hybrid work from our San Diego office is available.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Accounting or accounting coursework or commensurate experience.
• Minimum of 1 year Accounts Receivable experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain member information in GP and update billing details.
• Prepare and post invoices for new and existing members.
• Process and post payments (credit card, EFT, lockbox).
• Verify and process refund requests.
• Send invoices and receipts to members.
• Maintain backups of billings and payments.
• Interface with Member Services to resolve billing questions.
• Update CRM with accounting data.
• Handle AR email and phone inquiries.
• Other tasks as needed.
