Qualifications

• Requires CPA and 4-year accounting degree.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• ERP/financial systems experience.
• Experience leading multi-site teams across hubs.
• Experience with process improvement and system implementations.
• Prior external audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Global responsibility for franchise revenue, AR, cash collections, close and reporting.
• Partner with franchise segment leadership and customer service expectations of franchisees.
• Direct end-to-end processes for franchise revenue and payments across all brands.
• Manage cash reconciliations and subledger/ledger activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support senior management.
