Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Sr. Director, Franchise Revenue and Accounts Receivable to lead cross-brand revenue, payments, and loyalty program finance across ~33,000 franchise locations.

Based in Atlanta, you will drive end-to-end close, reporting, and SOX controls while scaling processes and automation. The role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and collaboration with Treasury, IT, and brand leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• ERP/financial systems experience required.
• Experience leading cross-site teams and process improvements.
• Prior external audit firm experience preferred.
• Franchisor/industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end processes for franchise revenue, payments, and loyalty programs to meet close and reporting deadlines.
• Direct department’s daily cash reconciliations and cash management activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances; partner with Finance leadership on ad hoc projects.
• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes and supporting analyses.
• Manage and develop a high-performing, diverse, cross-site team.
• Drive process improvements and automation to scale operations.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley controls and documentation are maintained.
• Integrate acquisitions into centralized teams and systems.
