Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AR/AP Manager to lead our clients’ accounts payable and accounts receivable operations across multiple legal entities and currencies. This hands-on manager will drive team performance, ensure transaction accuracy, oversee payment execution, and maintain rolling 13-week cash forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business or equivalent.
• 5+ years in progressive AP/AR or accounting operations.
• Experience leading a finance team and multi-entity environment.
• Proficient with three-way matching, payments, and cash forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP/AR team across multiple entities and currencies.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice processing and payment runs.
• Prepare weekly payables register and 13-week cash forecast.
• Maintain vendor master data and validate banking changes.
• Reconcile AP/AR subledgers and support month-end close.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
