Ancillare LP is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Accountant/Manager to lead the global transactional accounting functions, including AP, AR, collections, cash application, and revenue support across multiple entities. The role emphasizes strong leadership, process improvement, and adherence to GAAP in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience overseeing AP/AR teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience managing high-volume transaction environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounts payable function: invoice processing, approvals, vendor maintenance, payment execution.
• Oversee accounts receivable: invoicing, cash application, collections, disputes, reconciliations.
• Support cash flow management, working capital improvements, and short-term forecasting.
• Lead and develop AP and AR staff; set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain strong internal controls and assist with audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements and ERP optimization with IT and business stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor financial performance.
