Job summary

Google — The Technical Services team within the Global Business and Applied AI (GBAI) group supports sales tools and data for Large Customer Sales. You will help troubleshoot issues, triage bugs, and design scalable workflows with cross-functional partners to improve operational efficiency.

Role focuses on delivering high-quality support to sales teams, vendor management, and continuous tooling enhancements in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role.
• 5 years of experience identifying issues in processes and driving changes.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with ad sales technologies and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for internal sales tools, and deliver high-quality support experiences to sales teams.
• Manage vendor operations to ensure accountability and SLAs, and ensure training and documentation for vendor agents.
• Identify opportunities for scalable, efficient workflows and process improvements that enhance the sales support experience.
• Maintain and build cross-functional relationships to give feedback to improve tools and processes.
