Job summary

Google's Technical Services team within the Global Business and Applied AI (GBAI) is responsible for leading sales tools strategy across business operations, governance, legal compliance, sales enablement, and analytics. This role delivers support for a wide range of internal sales tools, enabling Large Customer Sales teams with high quality data and insights.

The team triages bugs, escalates to Product Management and Engineering, and designs workflows to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 5 years identifying issues in processes and driving cross-functional changes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for internal sales tools, and deliver high-quality support experiences to sales teams.
• Manage vendor operations to ensure accountability and meeting SLAs with trained vendors.
• Identify scalable workflows and process improvements that enhance the sales support experience.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships to provide actionable feedback to tools and processes.
