Job summary

Victaulic is seeking an experienced IT professional to join the Global Service Delivery & Release team as an Application Support Analyst. You will provide initial user support, track service requests, and coordinate with application specialists and vendors to ensure systems perform as intended across a global portfolio.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, support onboarding/offboarding, and assist with release-related testing and change management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of applicable experience in an IT environment
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with ticketing systems and service-request management
• Familiarity with incident management and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Provide initial end-user support and track service requests
• Escalate issues as needed and coordinate with IT teams
• Maintain clear communication with users and stakeholders
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding for supported apps
• Support release-related activities and testing coordination
• Triage M3 tickets in EasyVista and coordinate with IMS team
• Collaborate with M3 User Group and QlikView team on requirements and dashboards
