Job summary

Victaulic in Easton, PA seeks an experienced IT professional to join our Global Service Delivery & Release team as an Application Support Analyst. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve critical business applications while collaborating with users, application specialists, and vendors to ensure smooth operation.

This is an excellent growth path into release management with exposure to M3, Infor Concierge, and Easy Vista ecosystems, driving continuous service improvements and higher quality

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of applicable experience in an IT environment, preferably in application support or service delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users and stakeholders.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, including problem investigation, reproduction, and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support, tracking, and resolution for end-user issues and service requests through ticketing systems.
• Escalate issues to the next level of support or management as needed.
• Maintain communication with end users and act as a liaison between users and IT teams throughout resolution.
