Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Global Support Manager to lead the operational support of our enterprise application portfolio. You will ensure stability, reliability, and performance of business-critical apps through incident, service, and problem management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT operations or application support with leadership experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on familiarity

Qualifications

B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years IT operations or application support with 2+ years in leadership.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Management).
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and ALM tools like Azure DevOps.
Experience with Cloud (Microsoft Azure) and observability tools.
Knowledge of SQL for data validation and verification.

Responsibilities

Lead our support teams to deliver consistent service quality and reliable customer experience across applications and business areas.
Develop and coach support leads through mentoring, performance feedback, and knowledge sharing.
Promote IT Quality Assurance and ITSM standards including incident, service, and change management.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across regions and teams.
Drive onboarding of sites to applications within timelines with cross-functional collaboration.
Participate in site status, service reviews, and triage meetings for visibility of health and priorities.
Coordinate with Cloud Engineering, Development, and Support teams for planned production changes.
