Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a Senior Manager to drive strategy and operations across its EDA portfolio. The role focuses on coordinating lifecycle processes, aligning new product introductions, and enabling data-driven decision making with global teams. Hybrid work options and travel are expected.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze market and technology trends, and advise executives on long-term portfolio development to accelerate growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BSEE or BSCS is required; MSEE or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the IC industry and/or EDA.
• Deep knowledge of EDA, IC, and IP industries.
• Ability to guide strategy and process development in new tech areas.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, Cloud, 3D IC, IoT trends and business shifts.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience implementing strategies at product or organizational levels.
• Knowledge of financial processes impacting strategy (ROI, P&L).
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align product lifecycle management across EDA units.
• Facilitate NPIs and release management across units.
• Support financial modeling and analysis for business decisions.
• Manage processes, data analysis, and communication for the EDA strategic planning team.
• Organize implementation of superior business strategies and guidelines.
• Engage across global sales and portfolio units on trends (AI, ML, Cloud, Data Analytics, 5G, Edge IoT).
• Participate on cross-functional teams to translate ideas into actionable steps.
• Advise executive management on future business opportunities and portfolio development.
