Job summary

Brick Executive Search is recruiting for a Production Coordinator for a NYC-based intimates and sleepwear brand portfolio company. This full-time, hybrid role entails managing production from PO to shipment, coordinating with overseas factories and internal teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has Mandarin fluency, 2+ years in apparel production/coordination, and strong knowledge of tech packs, POs, T&A, and WIP.

Qualifications

Mandarin fluency required.
2+ years of apparel production or production coordination experience.
Experience working with overseas factories.
Strong understanding of tech packs, POs, T&A, WIP and apparel production processes.
Excellent organizational, follow-up and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work with Design, Technical Design, Licensing and manufacturing partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Apparel industry experience required; licensed intimate apparel or sleepwear experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding costing, production status, approvals and deadlines.
Set up and maintain T&A and WIP reports for all confirmed orders.
Monitor production timelines and address delays or issues.
Maintain accurate costing, production records and provide timely status updates.
