Job summary

You will drive standardization, automation, and Concur optimization while ensuring SOX controls and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with Procurement and regional teams is essential for P2P improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 5+ years in public-company accounts payable.
• 2+ years of people management, with geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement to optimize processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global AP operations across multiple countries, currencies, and entities.
• Oversee vendor management, invoice processing, and employee reimbursements.
• Own global payment runs and AP mailbox.
• Lead travel and expense reimbursements, policy oversight, and Concur optimization.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls.
