Job summary

Trace3 is seeking an Accounts Payable Tracer (Intern) in Irvine, CA to learn and support the Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams. You will assist with vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payments while gaining exposure to the full AP workflow and organizational mentoring.

The program offers accelerated development, networking opportunities, and a collaborative culture. Enrolled undergraduates in their junior or senior year with a 3.0+ GPA are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in the Junior or Senior year of an undergraduate program.
• GPA of 3.0 or better; transcript may be requested.
• Academic or professional/internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept directions.
• Strong communication, written, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel for data analysis.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure invoices are approved per company policies.
