Job summary

Dialpad, a leading AI platform for customer experience, seeks a Manager of Accounts Payable and Expense to own full cycle AP and T&E across US and international entities. You’ll ensure timely payments, strong controls, and continuous process improvements, reporting to the Sr.

Accounting Manager with potential base in San Ramon, CA. You will collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement to optimize end-to-end processes through an AI-first lens, managing month-end close, audits, vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, including 2+ years in people management.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency AP operations.
• NetSuite experience; ZIP, Bill.com or Brex or similar software preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global AP and T&E across US and international entities.
• Oversee corporate credit card programs.
• Maintain vendor relations and serve as escalation point.
• Lead month-end close and resolve AP discrepancies.
• Support flux analysis and vendor accruals.
• Supervise and mentor AP team; hands-on leadership.
• Assist with new systems and process improvements for controls.
• Ensure 1099 reporting compliance and external partner coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end processes using AI.
