Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manager, Accounts Payable and Expense to lead full cycle AP and T&E across U.S. and international entities. This role ensures timely payments, strong controls, and processes improvements with an AI-first approach.

You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement, guiding a team of AP professionals while implementing new systems and maintaining audit-ready documentation. San Ramon, CA-based role with potential hub assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 7+ years progressively responsible AP experience, including 2+ years in a people management role.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency AP operations.
• ERP experience: NetSuite or similar; familiarity with ZIP, Bill.com, Brex.
• Process-minded with experience using AI and AP automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage global AP and T&E operations across multiple U.S. and international entities.
• Oversee vendor management, invoice processing, payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Lead month‑end close, ensure internal controls, and support audits.
• Mentor AP team and drive process improvements with AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement to optimize end-to-end processes.
