Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Head of Analyst Relations to build a global program and help influential analysts understand our enterprise products and outcomes. The role is fast-paced, hands-on, and reports to the Head of Business Communications.

Hybrid in-office presence is required three days per week, ideally in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will shape long-term positioning, advise senior leaders, and lead participation in evaluations, briefings, and analyst engagement around launches.

Qualifications

• Deep analyst relations experience in complex enterprise technology.
• Ownership of major evaluations and executive briefings.
• Ability to move quickly between strategy and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set the global analyst relations strategy and prioritise firms and questions.
• Lead evaluations, submissions, demos and customer evidence.
• Build a coherent enterprise narrative across a fast-moving product portfolio.
• Develop trusted relationships with analysts through briefings and updates.
• Turn analyst insights into useful counsel for product and GTM teams.
• Prepare executives for analyst moments and coordinate external messaging.
