Job summary

Dynatrace LLC is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to lead engagement coordination, briefing preparation, and data management across analysts and executives. The role collaborates with product, marketing, and sales to ensure timely access to insights and a world-class analyst experience.

You will support executive programs, maintain AR databases, and help streamline processes that improve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, Executive Support, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating senior executive schedules and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and 451 Research.
• Knowledge of analyst relations best practices and experience working in ARchitect.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage analyst engagements, briefings, inquiries, and other interactions.
• Prepare briefing books, background documents, speaker materials, and meeting summaries.
• Maintain analyst lists, research coverage maps, and engagement records with quality data.
• Support events, conferences, and executive programs with invitations, agendas, and onsite logistics.
• Track program metrics and deliver reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Disseminate analyst insights to product, marketing, executives, and sales teams.
