Takeda is seeking a Global Alliance Management Lead, Director, based in Cambridge, MA, with a hybrid work model. You will manage a portfolio of partnerships, setting governance, strategic plans, and execution to maximize value and minimize risk across Takeda globally.

You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate terms, and coach stakeholders while shaping alliance processes, metrics, and best practices. The role requires strong executive communication and international collaboration.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry across R&D, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Business Development & Licensing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Alliance Management or similar role working directly with alliance partners; management-level experience is a plus.
• Direct pharmaceutical or biotechnology alliance and licensee management experience, including governance, dispute resolution, and renegotiation of terms.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of global alliance and licensee partnerships to maximize value, minimize risk, and achieve strategic objectives.
• Serve as the primary relationship leader for assigned partnerships, driving governance, issue resolution, contract compliance, and performance.
• Develop and execute strategic and financial plans for alliance portfolios, including forecasting and revenue optimization.
