You will coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal and R&D, influence senior stakeholders, and manage executive-to-executive engagements to optimize supplier performance and mutual value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supplier relationship management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience implementing supplier governance models, joint business plans and supplier scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of enterprise suppliers and develop partnerships aligned with Takeda priorities.
• Implement governance, sponsor relationships, and cross-functional decision rights.
• Develop and execute joint value plans delivering innovation, resilience, quality, and cost outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and supplier stakeholders for strategic business reviews and actions.
• Identify and advance supplier-enabled opportunities across technology, speed to market and sustainability.
