Qualifications

• 8+ years in legal, compliance, or related field with pharmaceutical experience
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred (JD/MBA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to advise leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change in a regulated industry

• Develop policies, procedures, and training aligned with regulatory obligations
