Job summary

DP World in Miami is seeking an Air Freight Pricing Specialist to manage RFQs for domestic and international shipments, negotiate rates with airlines, and ensure competitive pricing and service quality.

You will collaborate with internal sales, operations, and carriers to prepare accurate quotations, analyze market trends, maintain supplier records, and support pricing strategies while complying with policies and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Air Freight, Air Freight Pricing, Freight Forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of air cargo pricing, routing, and carrier management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Air Freight RFQs (Request for Quotations) for domestic and international shipments for assigned commercial sales executives.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with airlines, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Analyze market trends, capacity, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive solutions.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Support the sales team with pricing strategies and transportation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Maintain updated records of rates, contracts, and supplier information.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
