Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in Air Freight, Air Freight Pricing, Freight Forwarding.
Strong knowledge of air cargo pricing, routing, and carrier management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation/logistics systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate Air Freight RFQs for domestic and international shipments for assigned commercial sales executives.
Negotiate rates and service agreements with airlines, carriers, and logistics providers.
Analyze market trends, capacity, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive solutions.
Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, vendors, and strategic partners.
Support the sales team with pricing strategies and transportation solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Maintain updated records of rates, contracts, and supplier information.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
