Formación

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Logistics and Supply Chain, Transportation) or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of airfreight experience and 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Directly or indirectly manages all air product staff within assigned territory.
• Ensures air product operations comply with internal HWL policies and government regulations.
• Delivers cost estimates, revenue forecasts, and pricing guidance to optimize profitability.
• Leads sales collaboration to communicate product analytics and drive market share.
• Trains and coaches sales teams on market opportunities and competitive dynamics.
