Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a qualified Aircraft Structural Mechanic in Kingsville, TX to perform structural repairs and modification on aircraft and related equipment. The role requires knowledge of structural maintenance practices, manuals, and safety standards.

You will guide teammates and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining required records. The position emphasizes corrosion prevention, use of tools and test equipment, and adherence to DoD/FOD/TCP guidelines as part of a dynamic defense

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Airframe Structural Mechanic.
• Familiar with aircraft systems, tools, drawings, schematics and safety requirements.
• Experience in corrosion detection, treatment and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Perform modifications, removal, replacement and reinstallation of structural components.
• Set up and troubleshoot shop metalworking equipment and fixtures for aircraft maintenance.
• Develop repair procedures including fastener and material selection and fabrication.
