Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a skilled Aircraft Structural Installer to ensure airframe integrity, diagnose and repair aircraft structures, and modify components per FAA standards.

The role requires reading technical orders, interpreting drawings, and performing precision fabrication in a non-airconditioned hangar environment. The candidate should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, willing to work multiple shifts, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret aircraft technical orders, drawings, and blueprints.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to utilize computer-based systems to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Document detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Always maintain training currency.
• Lays out, locates, fits, trims, assembles, and installs parts assemblies and skins where dimensions are critical and fitting is to exacting tolerance.
• Operate ground support equipment required to perform daily job functions.
• Perform aircraft inventory, acceptance, and inspections.
