Job summary

Woongjin, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Operation Coordinator to support AIR & OCEAN operations. This full-time role requires hands-on freight knowledge and a five-day schedule with potential weekend shifts based on need.

You will manage planning, scheduling, terminal coordination, and real-time movement tracking while ensuring compliance and clear communication with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in air/ocean freight operations and documentation.
• Proficiency with ERP and logistics systems (SAP, TMS, WMS or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan & schedule daily operations for Air Export, Ocean Import, and related shipping activities.
• Coordinate port/terminal operations and track on-time departures.
• Monitor shipments in real time and manage exceptions and escalations.
• Communicate status to customers and stakeholders; maintain documentation for audits.
