FedEx Freight, Inc. seeks a results-driven project leader to optimize the facilities network and manage lifecycle projects from planning through completion.

You will oversee expansions, technology enablement and maintenance programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to meet strict timelines and budgets. Your background includes a strong PM framework, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to influence without authority, driving regulatory compliance and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus five years in related field.
• Strong project management techniques and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical problem solving and critical thinking.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs to ensure identification, assignment, completion and implementation.
• Prioritize and align network expansion and technology projects with customer expectations.
• Drive asset optimization and on-time delivery to specification.
• Manage vendor performance against contracts and funding.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures and job aids.
• Contribute to facility capital and long-range budgets.
