Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a program and project leader to optimize the facilities network, manage lifecycle projects, and oversee the annual budget and technology enablement initiatives.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, vendor performance, risk management, and policy development while ensuring compliance and timely delivery to specification.

This role requires strong PM skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across multiple sites and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus five years of related project management or analytical experience in facility administration, construction, design, planning, or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize concepts and communicate clearly across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects to identify, assign, complete, and implement all components and opportunities.
• Prioritize and align network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance programs.
• Drive asset optimization and ensure on-time, on-spec results for projects.
• Oversee vendor performance and adherence to contracts and funding.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance; develop policies and job aids.
• Contribute to facility capital, long-range outlooks, and annual budget management.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies; perform other duties as required.
