Job summary

CHAI is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, AI Transformation to lead internal AI adoption across CHAI’s global operations. You will define and drive the AI strategy, build training resources, and establish governance for responsible AI use across more than 35 countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of professional experience in change management, organizational transformation, learning and development, management consulting, or technology adoption.
• Experience driving AI tool adoption across a distributed, multi-country organization.
• Strong communications skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical staff.
• Experience developing training programs across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Adoption, Change Management, and Communications: own project management and communications for AI rollouts, coordinate AI Champion network.
• Training and Enablement: build AI training programs, design learning journeys, coordinate vendor-led trainings, onboard staff.
• Governance, Policy, and Vendor Management: develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and guidance; manage vendor relationships.
• Metrics, Reporting, and Documentation: define adoption metrics, analyze gaps, document use cases, track ROI.
