Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years total experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or data‑related fields.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a corporate trainer, instructor, or technical educator.
• 2–3 years hands‑on experience in building AI/ML or GenAI‑based solutions (industry, consulting, or project work).
• Proven track record of delivering technical trainings to enterprise or university audiences.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high‑quality, instructor‑led trainings (virtual and in‑person).
• Cover AI, Agentic AI, and Generative AI topics.
• Conduct customized corporate workshops, hands‑on bootcamps, hackathons, and upskilling sessions.
• Translate complex topics into learner‑friendly material and design labs/assessments.
• Support pre‑sales discussions and help create training plans and learning journeys.
• Collaborate with SMEs and partners for curriculum alignment and innovation.
