Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will act as the strategic and analytical backbone behind field engineering motions and governance across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

You will define metrics, run quarterly reviews, and synthesize technical and commercial signals for senior leadership while partnering with Revenue Ops and GTM teams to drive strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for addressing complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical with ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and regional leaders and translate data into executive storytelling.
• Familiarity with enterprise data management platforms and data analysis tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org.
• Track and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, and Production stages.
• Define metrics and KPI frameworks for Private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Support ecosystem and commercial strategy with partners and field teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and resource planning across regions.
