Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will govern cross-region programs, monitor AI adoption, and partner with field leaders to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, executive storytelling, and collaboration with AI specialists, engineers, and sales teams to drive revenue and adoption. Location-based responsibilities apply across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to scope complex challenges.
• Analytical approach using CRM data and customer insights for strategic hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and leadership to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with enterprise data and hybrid cloud concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage the AI adoption funnel from discovery to production.
• Prioritize target accounts and develop use-case frameworks for Private AI workloads.
• Define strategic metrics with Revenue Operations and GTM Sales Strategy.
• Collaborate with partners on go-to-market alignment and ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and design scalable processes.
